Hello. My name is Luc and my roommates and I
will have a room open Nov 1st. We live in Dover
and have a total of 4 roommates that share a
nice 1800?s era house off Central Avenue (just
of of 108 to Durham). We are looking for someone
who is clean, responsible, and fairly quiet.
Everyone at the apartment is educated (one going
for his master?s, one with her masters, and I am
getting my bachelor?s) and is between 23 and 29
years-old. We get a long very well and do things
together, but enjoy time apart. There are wood
floors, separate rooms, one and a half baths,
full kitchen, dishwasher, cable, wireless
internet, etc. The bills are split four ways
between us. The rent is $450, but at the most
with everything included you?ll probably pay
$550 total in February. Not bad at all! If you
